    c. New York State Senate Summary of New York’s Timber Trespass Laws, 2007

    d. Environmental Finance Center, EPA Region with a invitation to their conference, “Managing Infrastructure for Sustainable economic Development” sponsored by Syracuse University on Sept. 12 at Doubletree Hotel in East Syracuse.

    e. Seneca Meadows, Inc. announcing the 2007Seneca Meadows Landfill Open House, Sunday, Sept. 9 from noon to 5 pm

    f. New York Municipal Insurance Reciprocal (NYMIR) with special topic “Bridge Inspections”

    g. From Joe Ganley, Administrative Associate, Sheen Housing announcing funds available to assist single family homeowners with “Accessibility” need to their homes for exterior and interior modifications to make a home more accessible

    h. Communication from Time Warner Cable concerning agreements with programmers

    i. Received first half of Records Grant money in the amount of $4,263.00 from State of New York, Education-Federal/State Grants

    j. From the New York Planning Federation announcing their Planning and Zoning Conference in Saratoga Springs October 8th and 9th

    k. New York State Department of Taxation and Finance announcing new regulations beginning Sept. 1, 2007 stating the Department will no longer allow refund or credit claims by fuel distributors or credit card issuers because these parties are not authorized by the Tax law to receive a refund or credit for taxes on automotive fuel

    l. Seneca County Public Health announces Sat. Oct. 13 as Hazardous Waste collection at the Seneca County Highway Department in Romulus. This includes the collection of obsolete and non-working electronics

    m. A check in the amount of $21,421.00 from the Town of Fayette for their portion of the Seneca Lake Water District bond payment to USDA/Rural Development

    n. New York State Department of Labor reminder that in Jan. 2007 the minimum wage was set at $7.17 per hour
