    • a. Letters of endorsement for the proposed Fayette/Varick water district from: Romulus Central School, State of New York Department of Health, Fire Departments(?)
    • b. Royce & Rosenkrans, Inc. refund check of $268.01 policy change
    • c. Jack Holley, Water Commissioner notifying the Town of Varick commencing May 1st their department will be starting 2 large projects and suggesting we hire a contractor on standby should something occur if they are not able to respond in a timely manner
    • d. Friends of Sampson State Park looking to increase general membership
    • e. Letter from Jim Bromka opposing opening and operating a water treatment plant in Southern Seneca County
    • f. Varick Town Court Summary Report 2006 with 2005 comparison
